When did abercrombie finch switch to only selling clothes did they not once sell camping and outdoors gear?
And yes, according to Wikipedia, the store was originally opened in 1892 as an “outfitter” type store (sporting goods, camping gear, outdoor clothing, etc.). Not sure when they went to “hip” clothing-only line, but it might have been an outcome of being bought out by The Limited in the 1980s.
