The National Weather Service says a tornado with wind speeds as high as 110 mph touched down in Corfu, about 30 miles east of Buffalo, at 4:53 p.m. Saturday. The tornado’s path was four miles long and 100 yards wide, and spread from Corfu to Darien, around four miles to the southeast, the weather service reported.
