When counting Total Family Home Visits, do we count primary caregiver and children served separately?

Answer Count each person who was open to service and to whom some service was provided on the day of the home visit. If you saw the mom (provided education) and baby (weighed, screened for development), count that as two home visits. If the baby was sleeping, only count the mom as having a visit.
