When composing an email, how do I pick a recipient from the Global Address List… or from my contacts list?

While composing your email, click on the ‘To:’ button next to the ‘To:’ field and it will display a window allowing you to search the Global Address List or your personal Contacts list. It looks like this… Select either ‘Contacts’ or ‘Global Address List’ from the ‘Find Names In:’ field, then type the intended recipients surname into the ‘Last Name:’ field and click ‘Find’. Highlight the intended recipient from the list of names returned, then click the ‘To:’ button at the bottom of the window. Repeat this process for as many recipients as necessary, then click close to return to the new email message.
