When checking email using Outlook Web Access (OWA), how do I select Premium or Basic?

The type of access provided by OWA 2003 is dependant on the client browser. If using an IE 5 or newer browser, Premium can be selected from the initial login screen (see screen-shot below). If using a non-IE browser (non-Active X supported browser) only the basic OWA 2003 is supported. Click here to see the splash screen for OWA as viewed from Internet Explorer 6.
