When “check boxes by company” is selected on the Membership or Personnel Setup Attendance tab, no firefighters show up on the attendance taking screen. Why?

Check Boxes By Company is used to display only firefighters from the company of the user who is currently logged on to the system. For example. If you are logged onto the system and belong to Company 3, only persons from Company 3 will be displayed when you go to take attendance for an event. The most reliable way to take attendance is to select “check boxes.
