When changing from high or low volume modes, why doesn’t my LED flash red and blue like it states in the Manual?

On some units the red and blue flash is extremely quick and may appear to be only flashing blue or may even briefly flash purple. This is normal and the device will still change volume modes. ^BACK TO TOP 20. I have read all the solutions in this document but I still cannot get my Interphone to work properly. What can I do?
