When can you accept our loan reguest / pacakage ?
A.Clients send Notarized Letter of intent,Questionary application format and it includes the cash flow.Ensure that the application is no more than 7 pages in length. Client sends letter Includes willing to pay Option retainer fee $ ____to accept your Finance reguest evalution. Upon receipt the package and option fee we submit the package to lending finance department evaluation. Be inform that we don’t ask any Option fee if clients willing to enter our investment Trade program (PPP) sending us Letter of intent (LOI) ( Prof of fund ) or update laser clear (SKBR) availability prof of bank letter.
