When can the ePerformance system be used to create performance plans for the FY 2009 review period?
The DC Department of Human Resources (DCHR) is recommending that classroom training on ePerformance begin December 2008. In addition to classroom training, the User Productivity Kit (UPK), which is a self-study resource, may be used by users. The performance plans of all eligible employees must be created and finalized in ePerformance by February 27, 2009.
