When can Instructors make changes in Teacher Management?
Solution: KCA3 networked – instructors can change student records in Teacher Management when no students are logged into that specific class. KCA or KCA2 on a network – instructors should never make changes in Teacher Management while any student is logged in. This includes when students are logged into other classes. Changes made in Teacher Management can access some files that students also use, and may corrupt student or class files. Corrupt files can also result when two instructors are making changes in Teacher Management at the same time. If needed, set up a block of time for each instructor.
