When can I walk, jog, bicycle, or drive on the golf course cart paths?
For both your safety and the enjoyment of Baywood’s golfing guests, it is recommended that you avoid areas of the course where golfers are present. If you are on the course when golfers are near, traveling in the same direction as golfers is always preferred, since accidents are more likely when you travel towards approaching golfers. Use of cart paths before 6:30 AM or no more than 2 hours prior to sunset on the front nine will usually avoid golfers. Use of paths on the back nine is not recommended after about 8:30 AM. Times will vary according to season. Whenever you are on the cart paths, watch carefully for and yield to maintenance vehicles. Many are on the course early in the morning and many move rather quickly. Call the Pro Shop (302.947.9800) to inquire about what times are best for golf course access in your section of the community.
