When can I use Scotia OnLine?
Scotia OnLine is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, except for brief intervals when the system is taken off-line for maintenance. This is scheduled at times when it is least likely to interfere with your use of the service. When this happens, you can still pay bills and transfer funds, but you will not be able to check your account balances/histories or add/delete payees from your personal bill payment Payee list.
