A. Upon receiving your order and when it has been processed it will take between 5 and 7 working days to connect. After 5 working days you should call the non-geographic number you have chosen from a different line and you will either get a dead tone which means you need to check again after 7 days or you will get a ringing/engaged tone – which means the number is live and you can publish the number. Should you get an engaged tone but there is clearly no one on the line that it is directed at then please contact us here and we will resolve the problem for you.
