When can I expect to receive my donation, and how will it arrivet?
Donation requests are processed after payment has been received, either by credit card or check. After a request has been processed, its status will display as Fully Shipped. This means that our fulfillment work at TechSoup has been completed, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that the product is on its way to your door or inbox. Processed donation requests are fulfilled in one of the ways described below. Note: If your organization is not yet qualified when you request donations, you will receive two emails: an email confirming your donation request and a second email notifying you that the request will not be processed until your organization is qualified.
