When can buyers anticipate that the Common Area Lodge (Lookout Lodge), bike and walking paths, water features and all other amenities within Lookout Ridge will be built?
Construction of the Lookout Lodge, the bike and walking paths as well as the water features and other amenities surrounding the Lodge shall be constructed during Phase II of the development. Construction of these amenities may begin as early as the year 2012 provided that the velocity of Phase I sales during 2010 and 2011 is adequate to begin Phase II infrastructure construction. Because of the exceptionally discounted Lot and Chalet Site prices during this initial sales promotion, construction of Phase II infrastructure cannot begin until a significant majority of Phase I Lots and Chalet Sites have been sold.
