When can a new member expect to receive the permanent membership card and kit?
If you have already enrolled as a member during your stay at a Shangri-La or Traders hotel and are holding a temporary membership card, you should allow 3-4 weeks for your application to be processed and your membership card to be sent to you. Please contact our service centre at golden.circle@shangri-la.com if you still have not received your membership card after 5 weeks by providing your name, membership number, date of birth and address in the email. We will verify your address and a replacement will be arranged for you.
