When buying timeshare resales are the maintenance fees the same?
Yes the maintenance fees will be the same. When you purchase a timeshare resale you are buying the same property or program purchased by the owner originally and the annual fees will be passed over to the new owner and invoiced directly from the management company or resort association. Maintenance fees will be due in most cases from the year that you receive your first occupancy and invoiced each year there after.
