When building a home or office, when is the best time to install the irrigation/sprinkler system?

We feel it is best to install the irrigation system after all driveways, walkways, decks, patios, and landscape beds are installed. A clean site and final grade should also be completed before we begin. We should be one of the last trades on your site just before you seed or sod. Please remember to have your contractor install sleeves under the walkways and driveways. Please discuss any other concerns with a Vanderwist representative.
