When bringing over the delinquent taxes from the trustees office, can real and personal be loaded at the same time?

Real and Personal taxes turned over to the Clerk and Master’s office from the trustee’s office can be written to the same diskette and loaded on the clerk and masters system if they are the same year. If they are not the same year, they need to be on separate diskettes (ask your trustee’s office to create these separately) and loaded separately. For instructions to load these on the Clerk and Master system, please call LGDPC phone support and specify that you have real and personal with different years.
