a. Verify that the HDD s power and controller cable are properly attached. b. Verify that the drive has termination enabled. c. This may occur if attempting to upgrade from IMS software version 7.x to 8.x. Usage of version 8.x requires different SCSI controller cards than those used for v7.x. Contact ICS Technical Support for hardware upgrade information.
