When are we billed a Lost Income Adjustment?
Organizations have up to 60 days to report new or transferring workers or 30 days to report worker status changes to Concordia Plan Services. Forms received after the deadline from the effective enrollment date will be subject to a 1% per month lost income adjustment (compounded monthly, up to 12% annually) added to the retroactive billing amount.
