When are transfers out of OneSeason accounts processed?
Transfers out of OneSeason accounts are processed Monday – Friday, with the exception of local bank holidays. Transfer requests must be received by 8:00 a.m. Eastern time to be processed that day. It may take up to 20 business days for you to receive your check and this is dependent on mail service. As part of our fraud prevention, when you request a transfer out of OneSeason, a minimum of 10 days and up to 30 days must pass from the time of your most recent transfer into OneSeason for that specific request.
