The final topcoat will be applied by 4th Quarter of 2009, at the latest. On October 20th, 2008, Mr. Hosack @ 770-528-2125 from Cobb County informed the Arbor Walk Board of Directors of the following information: There are 3 types of surety that a developer can provide Cobb County to ensure the developer of a new subdivision finishes the subdivision to Cobb County standards (i.e. applying final coat of pavement to streets, etc.). The 3 surety’s are: 1) Bond with a large national insurance company; 2) Letter of Credit; or 3) Escrow agreement. Robert Harris provided the county with a bond surety. Mr. Hosack’s department has “called the bond” and is now in dealing with the insurance company to collect the bond. The bond payout from the insurance company typically takes anywhere from 6 to 12 months. Once the insurance company pays the bond, Mr. Hosack’s department will take care of the required paperwork for Cobb County to acquire our streets and for the county to assure our streets have th
