When are the non-Chevy Chase Bank ATM fees refunded to my Platinum Checking account?
As a Platinum customer, you will be refunded for using a non-Chevy Chase Bank ATM. Generally, Chevy Chase Bank will initially charge a fee, in addition to the other bank. The other bank’s fee will be refunded to your Platinum checking account the same business day as the transaction. The Chevy Chase Bank ATM fee will be refunded in bulk at the end of your monthly statement cycle. Additionally, it is important to note that only ATM transactions against your Platinum Checking account will be refunded—any transactions from your savings, money market or other checking accounts may not be refunded.
