When are the late fees charged to the owners ledger?

0

Late fees are charged to owner’s ledgers as check payments are received. The postmark date on the envelope serves as the ‘received” date. If the payment is past due based upon the post mark date the fee will be applied to the owner’s ledger at that time. All other late fees are applied to ledgers at the end of each month.
