When are the elections for the Mayor and City Council held? How long are their terms?

Elections for the Mayor and Cullman City Council are held every four (4) years in August. Both the Mayor and the Council members are elected by popular vote to serve concurrent four year terms. There is no limit on the number of terms a Mayor or Councilmember can serve.
