Each school district has been assigned to a specific phase. Phase 1 was due on September 30, 2006 , Phase II was due on September 30, 2007 , and Phase III was due on September 30, 2008 and then six years thereafter with the exception of Phase I LEAs that submitted under the old format (which involved attaching policies and other documents).
