When are signed and approved plans (by the design engineer and/or city engineer) required to be submitted during the permit process?

0

After the District has completed its review of a permit application and is prepared to issue a permit, two copies of the permit will be forwarded to the Permittee, who shall be required to sign and return both copies for further processing. A transmittal letter advising the Permittee to forward any outstanding items required to issue the permit will accompany the permit. At that time, 5 sets of signed and approved plans will be required to be submitted when both signed copies of the permit are returned to the District. NOTE: Not all permits require plans that have been signed by the design engineer or city engineer.
