Proposals are due no later than 11:59 PM EDT on July 28, 2006 – the NSPIRES Web site will stop accepting proposals at that time! The original ROSES-06 announcement listed the deadline as 4:30 PM; this announcement was amended on May 12, 2006 to change the due time to 11:59 PM EDT. Confusion over the deadline persisted for awhile, with the result that some Web pages and mission mailings contained the earlier due time until quite recently. NASA sincerely apologizes for this.
