When are Planning Commission and Zoning Board of appeals meetings held?
A. Planning Commission meetings are the second and fourth Tuesday after the first and third Monday of the month with the agenda closing at noon 12 days prior to the scheduled meeting. Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are the second and fourth Wednesday of the month with the agenda closing at noon 14 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
