When are off-peak train times in Darlington and Leeds?

Also, you will find that even on weekdays, peak times apply only to journeys starting, ending, or passing through London, Birmingham, Manchester and/or Leeds. For Darlington to Peterborough for example, or Newcastle to Peterborough for that matter, the “off peak” ticket is valid on every single train, weekdays and weekends.
