When are neighborhood HOA meetings held?
HOA meetings are held quarterly at the Madison City Hall in the main Council Chambers located on the first floor. The meetings will always be listed on under “Events” on the left side of the web page. A sign will also be posted at the front of the subdivision a week before the meeting to remind residents of the upcoming meeting. The meetings begin at 6:30 pm and conclude at 7:30 pm.
