All edits and additions are immediately updated in the database. Additions will not appear in a list while a user has the module open but the next time the module is opened the new objects will be in the list. Deletions are removed from the database on exiting the drawing. If someone is in the database looking at a list that these items were deleted from, the user will see #deleted#.
