When are library fines and fees charged to bursar accounts?

The Office of Student Financial Services handles all student accounts. After the Library’s online system has sent a minimum of seven overdue/statements e-mail notices, fines and fee charges are transferred to the student’s account in the Office of Student Financial Services. Once the fines are transferred from Library accounts to the Office of Student Financial Services, the fines are non-refundable.
