When are J1 visa students, participating in Work and Travel USA program available and what countries do they come from?
Our students come from more than 70 countries. Summer staff generally comes from Northern Hemisphere countries and winter staff comes from Southern Hemisphere countries
- Summer: start date: mid May- mid Jun/end date: 1st October. Students arrive from Europe as well as some Asian and South American countries.
- Winter: start date: mid Nov-mid Dec/end date: mid Mar-mid Apr. The US winter season welcomes South Americans, Australians and South Africans.
- Spring: start date: mid Mar-mid Apr /end date: mid Jun-mid Jul.During the spring, students from Thailand and Singapore participate on the program.
