At the time of completion of the review at that stage of review. For example, when the voting faculty have prepared their written assessment, when the vote of the faculty is taken, and when the department head has completed the department head’s recommendation, these pieces of information are to be added to the dossier and supplied to the individual being reviewed; it is the responsibility of the head to assemble these materials and to provide them to the candidate.
