When are grant accounts charged the health care component of the SI fringe rate (9/22/05)?
Grant accounts are charged the health care component of the SI fringe rate for any faculty or staff member that meets MSU’s elifibility criteria for health care. To be eligible for health care coverage through MSU, a faculty or staff member must have a regular appointment of 50% time of greater for nine months or more.
