It really is dependent on when the game starts. For a typical College Football Saturday, the last major revision will be made by roughly 10 pm Friday night. For a typical NFL sunday, major revisions are done by 8 pm the Saturday before. If a significant change in player status is announced we may update a game up to 4 hours before the kickoff. In general, this impacts 1 or 2 games per week (out of 60 NFL, NCAAF games). For football games not played on normal days (ex. Monday Night Football, Thursday night College Football) a revision may be posted up to 4 hours before the game starts.
