• If the pay period closes and the employee realizes that leave taken wasn’t placed on the time record, or an incorrect type of leave was entered on the timesheet, how can it be fixed? • If a supervisor is out on leave, how will the staff get their time records approved? • What if I am on leave when timecards are due for submission, and my timecard isn’t filled out? • What if the employee doesn’t fill out the timesheet? • What if the supervisor doesn’t approve the timesheet? • How will I know when to send my time sheet for approval? • My supervisors name is missing (does not appear) when I select to send my timesheet for approval. However, I do see the names of the alternate approvers for my department. • When I access my ITAMS timesheet, the message No Data Available appears. What is wrong? • I have a late timecard for a week that occurred before my department began using ITAMS. What should I do? • How will I know my timesheet was approved? • I was able to sign-in to ITAMS last week.
