When are Del Castienne’s fees due and payable?
Del Castienne may provide and facilitate various professional services in one specific transaction. As a result thereof, Del Castienne generally expects payment for each and every assignment or instruction successfully completed that relates to the specific transaction, irrespective of the fact that the transaction may not be completed in its entirety. The payment for services rendered will however always be determined and strictly performed in accordance with the facilitation contract between Del Castienne and its client.
