When are clients eligible to receive Aeroplan miles?
• Clients must have an active Aeroplan account and their name must appear on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale to be eligible for the Aeroplan Miles. Note that only one Aeroplan Member can be rewarded with Aeroplan Miles for a real estate transaction. If there are two names on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and both parties are Aeroplan Members, the clients must decide which one will be rewarded the Aeroplan Miles. When do clients receive the Aeroplan miles? • A client can only be rewarded Aeroplan Miles on or after the close date of the real estate transaction. On confirmation of the eligibility of the transaction, the Aeroplan Miles will be applied to the client’s Aeroplan account. What if a client doesn’t want Aeroplan miles? • We would be happy to discuss all of your options with you. Keep in mind that even if you don’t plan to fly anywhere, Aeroplan miles can be used to purchase merchandise, gift certificates, and hotel stays. They can even be donated to charity. Ready to fly
