The Spring Certificate Program is a nine day program held from 9 am – 5 pm Thursday through Saturday over a period of three months. The Summer Certificate Program is held on eight consecutive days from 9 am – 5 pm, Saturday through Saturday.

Classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 5:45—8:15 pm. If you would like to participate in family mealtime arrive at 5:15 p.m. If you arrive at 5:45 p.m., you will be able to take your meal into the class.
