When are assignments (room, building and roommate) information sent out?
University housing spaces are usually assigned for the upcoming fall quarter by late June. Students who are confirmed for a space on campus receive assignment letters in late June. Housing Services assigns students to apartments, but does not assign individual bedrooms within the apartment. The decision of which student lives in which bedroom, is a discussion that needs to be had amongst all roommates in the room, and mutually agreed upon.
