This error is caused by having a spacing problem within the authorization code entered, caused by having the code or each line of the code start off in the wrong column and/or having an extra blank record(s).

This error is caused by having a spacing problem within the authorization code entered, caused by having the code or each line of the code start off in the wrong column and/or having an extra blank record(s). To resolve the problem you will need to make sure that each record starts in column 13, by highlighting and copying the license key you received from keys@pkware.com and pasting directly into the license file.
