Yes because he is making the application, so he must submit the documents all together. You are acting as the sponsor. Put the the documents in the order as they relate to supporting your answers on the form. So put all documents relating to section 1 in front of all documents relating to section 2 and so on. Check, check and then recheck you have read and understood everything. All documents should be originals.
