When answering the Enhanced Login Security question, is the format important? Is the answer case sensitive?
Important information to remember when answering the question: • Your answer is not case sensitive; however, the format of the answers must be the same as when you first set it up. For example, January 1, 2000 is NOT the same answer as 1/1/2000 and 123 Main Street is NOT the same as 123 Main St. If you are not able to answer the question you will need to login from a computer that you have added Enhanced Login Security to or contact Douglas County Bank at 785-865-1000 between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm CST Monday through Friday.
