When and where will balloon glow forest park light up?
Who has the most challenging job at the Great Forest Park Balloon Glow and Race: the public or the pilots? Both jobs require gear, grit and a finely tuned sense of spontaneity. We asked longtime organizer John Marlow and Rat Balloon pilot Randy Woods what the 90,000 spectators and 60 pilots should bring to this year’s events. The closest lots are at the Muny, but those spots disappear quickly.
