When and where can PHRAnywhere be used?
A. PHRAnywhere can be used anytime an individual wishes to view or update their personal health record or wants to grant access to that information to another individual such as a doctor, hospital, or family member. PHRAnywhere may be accessed through the use of a smartcard or by accessing either the member or provider web portals therefore making the PHRAnywhere program accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.
