When and what exercise should I do while under Appeton Fat Loss Premier 7-days Program?
You can choose to have cardiovascular exercise such as swimming and brisk walking or you also can have body toning exercise at home such as skipping, stretching and sit-up exercise. It is better to have exercise at least 3 times a week and at least 30 minute for each time. Remember, any exercise program should be performed at least half and hour before taking your Appeton Fat Loss meal-replacement. Please warm-up before doing any exercise.
Stretching and body toning exercises can be done using Resistance bands. There are many exercises that can be done using these bands. They help you exercise effectively by preventing injury.
