When and how is the HyperNietzsche License established between the parties?
The HyperNietzsche License [http://www.hypernietzsche.org/licenses/hn/] is established between two parties, the author who submits a contribution and the HyperNietzsche Association. This license is established electronically: in submitting a contribution to HyperNietzsche, the author therewith gives ascent to its publication on the internet site. In so doing, the author agrees to the terms of the HyperNietzsche License. The license, however, includes a conditional suspension. In effect, the license will only come into effect and be definitively established if and when the editorial board, in accordance with the evaluation procedure, approves the publication of the contribution.
